A large, sunny room perfect for groups needing a flexible layout of all chairs or both tables and chairs. Located on the first floor of New Mexico Hall.

NMH Worship Room

An open space with spectacular mountain views, perfect for large group sessions or live music. Located on the second floor of New Mexico Hall.

Moody Chapel

Whether you have a keynote speaker, high-energy band, or just need a large indoor space for group gatherings, Moody has everything your group needs.

Holcomb Classrooms

Holcomb Classrooms

Holcomb classrooms are located across multiple floors of Holcomb Auditorium and are perfect for small group discussions, seminars, and corporate planning sessions.

Hotel Style

The ultimate comfort option.

Best for: Adult retreats, leadership groups, families, and guests who prefer hotel comfort.

Features:
• Private hotel-style guest rooms
• 1 king bed or 2 queen beds
• Private bathroom
• Linens and towels included
• Climate-controlled rooms
• Wi-Fi access
Some adjoining rooms available for families or groups

 

Capacity:
• About 145 hotel-style rooms across the campus.

 

Advantages:
• Most comfortable lodging option
• Minimal packing required
• Ideal for pastors, speakers, couples, or adult conferences (adult-only options available)

Dormitory

A budget-friendly option.

Best for: Youth retreats, student groups, mission teams, and budget-friendly events.

Features:
• 4–6 beds per room
• Twin-size bunk beds
• Most rooms include private bathrooms
• Sink in most rooms
• Located near main activity areas

Capacity:
• Up to 2,000+ in dorms across campus.

Advantages:
• Economical option
• Encourages community and relationship-building
• Close proximity to activity and meeting spaces

Important Notes:
• Guests bring their own bedding and towels

Lodge

House-style accommodations. A more intimate option.

Best for: Leadership retreats, church staff retreats, family reunions, or groups wanting privacy.

Features:
• House-style buildings with multiple bedrooms
• Bunk rooms and/or private bedrooms
• Full kitchen
• Large living or gathering space
• Outdoor patios in some lodges

Capacity:
• Lodges can accommodate roughly 15–32+ people depending on the building.

Advantages:
• More private environment
• Great for small group gatherings
• Self-catering possible

Tents & RV

For the adventure minded.

Best for: Adventure-minded groups, youth retreats, scout groups, or guests who enjoy an outdoor camping experience.

Features:
• Designated tent or RV camping
• RV electric & water hookups
• Among scenic pine forests
• Access to bathhouse in tent camping areas
• Water access in camping areas
• Easy access to camp activities
• Large open areas for group tents
• Quiet natural surroundings

Capacity:
• Can accommodate small groups or larger group camps, depending on size of group and campsite layout.

Advantages:
• Most affordable overnight option
• Immersive outdoor experience
• Great for team building/bonding
• Close to activities and amenities

Important Notes:
• There is no bathhouse at the RV sites
• The tent sites are ~1.5 miles from the RV sites
