Will you provide a dedicated staffer like during Family Camp in the summer time?
No. Rather, think of this event as more of a personal family retreat to the mountains.
What is the lodging situation?

We’ll be offering hotel rooms that include either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. You can choose your room while registering.

What should I pack?

Fall weekends can be both warm and cold. Be sure to bring layers – especially for the morning at the Balloon Fiesta. The ground at the launch field can be wet, cold, and icy, so warm boots and cozy socks are especially good to have ready.

How do we pay?

Upon completing registration, you can pay in full, make monthly payments, or split your balance into 3 equal payments. Payment is required in order to officially reserve your spots.

What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 1 week before the start of the event. No refunds after that point.
