Family Camp Scholarship Application

Thanks to the generosity of donors, we’re excited and hopeful to offer scholarships in the following amounts for Summer 2026:

  • $4,500
  • $2,500
  • $1,000

Guidelines:

  • Scholarships cover parent(s) and their children. Aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, and other such extended family members are not eligible for registration under these scholarships.
  • Applications must be completed in full in order to receive consideration.
  • Any misrepresentation of family need will result in immediate disqualification from scholarship consideration.
  • UPDATE! Three scholarships will be awarded on the following dates: December 13, March 6, and May 1. The scholarship application will remain open through April 24, 2026, however deadlines for each application will be exactly one week before the award dates. (December 6th, February 27, and April 24) Families who are not selected for a 2026 scholarship are encouraged to apply again for 2027.
  • Scholarship recipients will be notified via email on December 13, March 6, and May 1.
  • Recipients must register online (and begin a payment plan if applicable) within two weeks of being notified of their scholarship award.
  • Session preference will be granted when possible. If the preferred session is already full, other sessions will be offered. If no other session is a viable option, the scholarship shall be forfeited to another eligible applicant, if applicable.
  • The offering of these scholarships in future years is dependent upon donations and other such financial resources. Glorieta 2.0 reserves the right to offer fewer or no scholarships in any year in which such financial resources are not available.
  • Reception of a scholarship does not guarantee reception of the same scholarship again in subsequent years; Families must submit new applications each year.
  • Families are only eligible for one scholarship.
