How to Give

Aspen Club Donations

WHAT IS ASPEN CLUB?

Inspired by the vast family root system of aspen trees, Aspen Club is a group of people committed to donating monthly to Glorieta’s scholarship fund. Your Aspen Club membership will help provide a child or family with the opportunity to go to camp and experience Christ’s love through outdoor adventure, authentic relationships, and biblical truth.

WHAT DOES IT FUND?

Aspen Club funds scholarships for two programs: Day Camp and Family Camp.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT?

For Day Camp, the cost is $240 a week per camper. Family Camp’s average scholarship amount is $1,500. This means a monthly gift of $20 brings a child to Day Camp, and a monthly gift of $125 provides a scholarship for a family of 4 to Family Camp!

HOW MANY SCHOLARSHIPS ARE NEEDED?

We anticipate needing 6 scholarships for our Family Camp Program and about 250 scholarships for our Day Camp Program this summer. 

HOW MUCH SHOULD I DONATE TO JOIN ASPEN CLUB?

Any monthly donation to the scholarship fund will make you a member of Aspen Club! We invite you to pray about the amount you feel led to give.

By joining Aspen Club, you will be partnering with us to impact campers of all ages from around the country.

Give to Our General Fund

Your donation to the general fund is unrestricted and will be used to further our ministry by supporting current needs for the general operations of our camp.

You can make a donation to the Scholarship Fund to help a kid experience the magic of Glorieta Adventure Camps.

Give to a Capital Campaign

You can make a donation to fund capital improvements, upkeep and maintenance needed for our 2400 acre campus.

Donate Non-Cash Gifts

If you have a property or asset that you would like to give to Glorieta, we welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you! Please consider discussing your gift with a tax lawyer prior to contacting us. When properly recorded, many gifts can provide a charitable tax deduction.

Volunteer

Apply to serve as a volunteer and see first-hand what God is doing at Glorieta!

If you have lots of energy, usable skills to share, and time to donate, consider applying to serve as a volunteer for 2-4 weeks in the summer. Volunteers are pre-screened to ensure safety and fit for the many roles one might be asked to fill in Guest Services, the Dining Hall, Housekeeping, Retail, Maintenance, and more.
