What's the weather & elevation?
At 7,500 feet we are high in the mountains. With the high elevation and dry climate, visitors can experience altitude sickness so be sure to drink lots of water! We’re a great place to cool off during the summer – you can expect lows of 50 at night and up to 83 during the day. In the fall, we have lows of 20’s and 30’s at night and 50’s and 60’s during the day. In the spring, temps range from 30’s-60’s. The winter and snow can stick around for a while so you may see some snow during your spring visit.
How is the cell coverage & WiFi?
Sometimes technology needs to come with you to camp. Although we encourage disconnecting and spending time focusing on your goals during your visit, we do have cell coverage for most providers and a guest WiFi network! AT&T users might experience slow service if there’s a large group at camp. You’ll also have access to WiFi in most meeting rooms if you need it for your programming.
Are there any free activities?
Yes, several! If you have any free time that you are not sure how to fill, you’re welcome to use any of our free activities:
- Disc Golf (bring your own discs)
- GaGa Ball Pits
- Putt-Putt Golf Course (balls are $1 at the course – or bring your own)
