What is the Junior Squad Leader Program?

The mission of the Junior Squad Leader Program is designed for students 15-17,  to equip and prepare them to make an eternal impact in their community and ultimately this world for the glory of God.  J-Squad is for those who are looking for an opportunity to hone their leadership skills and focus on discipleship. This experience will place teenagers in our Day Camp squads which vary between age groups of 6-13 year olds, along with a counselor that will advise them as they learn what it means to lead a group. As you serve, you have the opportunity to grow in your walk with Jesus and learn what it means to be a Christ-like leader.

• Are given tools and training to lead bible studies and open discussions. 
• Opportunity to explore career interests with youth development, missional formation, outdoor education, etc.
