Arrival & Departure
On Monday morning, the fun begins! Drop-off will take place between 8:00AM and 8:30AM at Glorieta Camps in our Prayer Garden. Signs, helping direct you to the right location, will be set up for both drop-off and pick-up times. As we are eager to get our day started promptly at 8:30AM each day, we do ask that parents finish drop-off by this time. This will allow campers enough time to get into their cabin groups and transition to the first activity.
At the end of each day of camp, pick-up will take place between 4:30PM and 5:00PM at Glorieta Camps in our Prayer Garden. If, for any reason, a camper needs to be picked up early, parents must notify Sally Hudgins as early as possible. It should be noted that no discount will be given if a camper comes for part of the week or has to leave early at any point during camp.
Authorized adults are the individuals allowed to pick-up your camper(s). These can be added during the registration process under the “Authorized Adults” section. To ensure safety, we will only allow people listed under ‘Authorized Adults’ to pick-up campers at the end of each day. A photo I.D. will also be required at pick-up, regardless of who is picking up the camper(s).
