Clay Thomas is the Executive Pastor at Live Oak Community Church in Lubbock, Texas.
He is married to Mallory and they have 4 beautiful kids, Griffin (11), Ford (10), Nora (7) and Elliot (5). Mallory serves on the worship team at Live Oak and is a first-grade teacher in Lubbock. Clay grew up in Dallas and is a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan (pray for him and Texas Rangers fan (Clay went to Game 1 of the 2023 World Series and it was the greatest moment of his life – outside of Jesus and family of course). The Thomas family typically spends their weekends going to all the activities their kids are in: football, basketball, baseball, gymnastics. The Thomas family loves Family Camp at Glorieta because it provides a unique opportunity to experience Jesus as a family, removing all distractions and chaotic schedules that come with the business of life They are excited to serve families at Glorieta by leading them in worshipping Jesus through music. It’s a special time to teach and model to our children what worship means and how God delights in our worship of Him.
