What are payment & cancellation policies?

PAYMENT
Registration requires a deposit at signup.
Payments can be made in monthly installments.
The full balance must be paid before attending your session.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your Family Camp registration up to 2 months before the start of your session and get a 100% refund.
Inside of 2 months, the following fees apply:
2 months – 1 month: 50% cancellation fee
1 month – 3 weeks: 60% cancellation fee
3 weeks – 1 week: 70% cancellation fee
Within 1 week: 90% cancellation fee
